Gran Sasso room
25 sqm double room with private bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo system, desk, memory mattress, quality linen and towels. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, jacuzzi bathtub* and hairdryer. For breakfast and any meals there is the BREAKFAST ROOM in the garden with a fully equipped kitchen (see description below).
*Max one bath per week (water is a precious resource!).
Majella room
20 sqm room with 2 comfortable memory foam single beds that can be converted into a double bed. In the suite private bathroom with large shower. Air conditioning, smart TV with digital terrestrial and desk. for breakfast there is the BREAKFAST ROOM in the garden with fully equipped kitchen (see description below)
Costa dei Trabocchi apartment
A 65 sqm independent ground floor studio apartment. Open space with a double bed and a comfortable sofa-bed for a total of 4 beds. A large window provides a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is large and complete with every accessory with good quality appliances. There is satellite TV and air conditioning. Reserved internal parking space.
Breakfast room and laundry
The breakfast room is large and is equipped with a kitchen and a large table overlooking the garden. If you wish to prepare your own meals at your disposal there are a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, plate, blender, plates, glasses and cutlery.
If you wish, we can prepare your food using local products (go to the food page).
We chose to separate the breakfast room from the lodgings so that you can eat without worrying about disturbing other people sleep. In the laundry room there is a modern washing machine and a drying rack.
Private parking
Our private parking is enclosed by an electrically operated gate. There are only 2 parking spaces for 3 rooms, with priority given to the guests of Costa dei Trabocchi apartment.
The garden
Our garden is available for a pleasurable outdoor breakfast, a relaxing nap in the shade of the carob trees or a yoga session while the children play on the trampoline or visit our animals (chickens, dogs, cats, pisces in the pond and the cute little goats). There are also a barbecue, rocking chair aond hot tub available to use.
